A rune that, when it drops, makes you think: "Why couldn't I have been just a little less lucky and got a Jah to drop instead?"
Its low value, relative to other high runes, means it is at least a relatively attainable source for the very useful Cannot be Frozen buff. Physical damage characters can stick a Cham into a socketed Guillaume's Face or Crown of Ages, for example, to avoid using Raven Frost and thereby free up a ring slot.
