Can be used to make Runewords:
Interesting with the 2 perfect on STR and all res + light res. Life roll is shitty though.
My guess would still be that Valkyrie Wing or Shako is better as Res can be acquired elsewhere and STR only allows to put more in Dex/Life.
Hard to sell, but surely try at Ist- Vex range and see if something comes.

I don't see much reason to buy this Helm for Ist.
