IMHO no trade value with only +1 to skills. People are usually looking for +2 skills, 20 % fcr and some other good affixes. If it's not +2 skills the rest must to be really good. Which it isn't in your case (only 10% frw and enhanced defense adds no value).
As a rule of thumb for d2charsifood if you don't have a use case scoring more than 50 points your item has usually no trade value or is only worth a low rune/perfect gem and probably not worth trying to trade.
