Can be used to make Runewords:
1 : +1/+1 is too low, no value.
2: Blades of Ice is rarely of any interest and its Eth with no repair... don't see any use.
3 : 2 sockets can allow to make strength runeword, not much more for a high str/dex base. There are most sought after skills than Mind Blast, I believe.
Would say Charsifood for all.
