Can be used to make Runewords:
Could be interesting for a War Cry barb. But those don't need mana leech, so you've only 4 of 6 possible useful affixes. I would say ~ Pul. Probably not that easy to trade because even with patch 2.4 War Cry is still bad and most play Whirlwind/ Berserk/ Frenzy instead.
