The Minotaur is respectable by itself, its array of debuffs that can effectively disable a foe is what raises it above the rest.

In particular, Slows Target By 50% akin to
Decrepify can seriously ruin the day of an Act Boss, strongly reducing the number of dangerous special attacks they can perform.

The Crushing Blow chance only adds to its usefulness in this area.

Fury: Skill Druid, whose good IAS breakpoints with hafted weapons and
Werewolf-derived IAS can overcome its one glaring weakness: a sluggish attack speed.
