Frenzy Act V barbarian mercenary for the Uber cold sorceress build. Along with

Coldsteel Eye it will get you to 50% slow target and its lightning absorb + lightning resistance make it an ideal choice against

Mephisto (and budget oriented).

Charge attempts making them easily avoidable
3. and the best: it virtually nullifies the threat from his red lightning hose attack, if you don't want to encounter him so close that the attack goes over your head.
His attack is a series of many hits, which don't pose a threat from a single hit, but from the sheer number of hits. The lightning absorption which is applied on each single hit can nearly cancel out the damage with only a mediocre amount of lightning resist required and turns the fight with an amazon into a standing shootout. This works great because the absorption on the item is a fixed number and not a percentage as the amount of damage of a single hit is rather small.
