Browser: Microsoft Edge Version 101.0.1210.47 (Offizielles Build) (64-Bit)
OS: Win10 Pro 21H2

Steps to reproduce: sadly, none. it appears randomly. my guess is a notification if anyone replied/quoted a post

Anything else to add: I attached a screenshot. this is a work computer, not my own. it may be a security measure. I have not had this occur at home at my own pc.
