Description
Found an Ancient Armor today, 233 defense, 24% FHR, 30% fire res, 4 socket. I can't really find an accurate value of these lately. Any help from you folks would be appreciated. Thanks!

That's 3 affixes (so, rare item), but rare armors can't roll 4 sockets, can they?

I would assume the OP is mistakenly assuming that if he takes it to Larzuk, it'd get 4 sockets (which it won't, due to being magic).
