It'd do wonders when you're searching for something like the Death runeword, then end up flooded with results for things like
Death's Fathom and
Death's Web.

Real fun to sort through that, i gotta say

They're talking about the Browse feature. If you want to find a specific item you're better off using the Advanced Search so you can type in & select the Death runeword from the list & then narrow the search down with other filters:

2.jpg
It will even select some filters automatically for you based on what you search for & your profile details. :)
