Goatman Warlock Question
I’m only level 6 on Demonic Mastery and i’m able to spawn 2 Goatmen, even though i thought it was a Level 10 Requirement, is this a glitch or have i just been lied to?

Depends on when you were told that. 
Initially, warlocks needed lvl 10 mastery to get a 2nd demon. That's been changed in the post-RotW patch though to drop it to 5 hard points for 2 and 10 for 3.
3 is still the Cap though so going to 15/20 doesn't increase it to 4/5.
