Can be used to make Runewords:
Cool idea.
Just one problem: You are new here. You are probably a nice, trustworthy guy, but it is not guaranteed. You might just leave with a very great base that is worth far more than the Cham.
So you might think about some deposit that you offer the person that gives you the base. A Jah or 2 for a very strong base, a Lo for a pretty strong one etc. Then you get back your runes in exchange for the Meta.
Just to build trust (which is an invaluable currency).
