and for some reason most diadems that seem to roll okayish are with pala skills. does pally wear diadems at all, shall i keep them on sale hoping to recuperate some skulls?

Many Hammerdins will prefer Hellwarden's Will now for the extra magic damage (better than the extra +1 skills from Shako). The mana after kill makes up for Shako's extra +mana and the 20 fcr is just a nice bonus. But you lose Shako's +life, which should not be a big deal in softcore. But of course, you also lose the MF and the phys damager reduction
Keep an eye out for gg necro circlets. Poison necro still needs those.

Kind of mandatory (for high value) are 2 skills, 20fcr, and ideally 2 sockets.
In addition you want stats (STR, dex), life/mana, res.
Things like PLRB, mf, ... are nice to have, too.

So initially, this yellow circle will sell less than 1 Ist due to it lose to Hellwarden's Will .
- magic resistance is very important to hammdin, -1 will bigger than +1 skill due to paladin lack of ways to reduce magic resistance.
