I am planning to do my first ladder. I am looking to gather more people to level with and synergize in order to get to hell faster. I work 40+ hours a week and have a little bit of a life. Who would like to group up? or who knows other advice for this?

Part of the beauty of a new season is that even if you don't have a set team to start out with, you won't have any troubles finding one.
Everyone and their mom are starting from scratch and playing through the game so at least for the first few days, there are typically plenty of games in which to just progress through norm/nm/hell.
That's not to say having a set team isn't fun or convenient for other reasons but not having one won't be too much of a hindrance purely in terms of progressing through the game.

I like the idea of planning a group in beforehand. @loki_Hap_Berserk but i play in EU
