Can be used to make Runewords:
With 1 os it would have been 1~2 Ist.
With 2 os though... 10+ Jah.
This is a BIS for poison necros.
Better get a 2nd opinion, I can't estimate if it's closer to 10 or 40
(Probably ~15 but I'm very uncertain).
