Can be used to make Runewords:
It's an excellent base roll, but Eth means it's for a Mercenary, and in 3os it means Treachery, Duress, or Hysteria (formerly known as Hustle > Armor), so no endgame runeword for most cases (niche uses like Act 1 merc) which will limit its value.
Anyway, for base items, just search " Archon Plate" in search bar, then price history, filter on ethereal and superior and 3os and try to find similar ones (11%ED is the only thing that counts)
