Herald ire, spawning after Terror Zone rotation
Greetings!
Let's say I'm clearing a Durance of Hate Level 1 Terror Zone. It's 15h28 so it's about to rotate.
In those last 2 minutes of the TZ I go to Durance Level 2, Teleport around to spawn the terrorized monsters.
Then the TZ changes do another area. If i keep clearing the terrorized monsters on Durance Lvl2 can they:
(The monsters were spawned as terrorized but the area in which they are wouldn't be a Terror zone anymore.)

Can be used to make Runewords:
If the monsters are still terrorized, they should still be able to spawn ire (I think). My reasoning is that you can kill terrorized enemies after the zone ends, and hork them, and still get TZ drops. Idk if this is different, however. I doubt you can actually spawn the Herald though unless in a new TZ.
I do know for sure that you can just continue to the next TZ and keep going.

No. But this has nothing to do with the TZ change. This has to do with the fact you teleported around. The monsters are thus already spawned. A Herald will appear on a champion upon its spawn after the ire has been drawn.
You sure? Have you managed to do so? I mean, I've been trying that for some time, but no luck. Neither did Knappogue:

I've continued to test this since that post. About 6 hours of killing TZ-spawned monsters after the zone has rotated out of TZ. I've also tested the opposite. I've spawned monsters prior to a zone becoming a TZ and they do not become Terrorized when returning to the zone after it has become a TZ. I can confirm that monsters no-longer despawn regardless of whether they were spawned while TZ or non-TZ. Monsters spawned while non-TZ do not despawn. I've done minor testing with this inversion but I wasn't able to Draw the Ire of a Herald from non-TZ monsters while in a TZ zone.
I need to revise my previous theory that the game performs 2 checks:
- Zone is TZ
- Monster is eligible (elite, champion, super unique, act boss)
- Zone is TZ
- Monster is TZ
- Monster is eligible (elite, champion, super unique, act boss)
