As far as I know, you can craft a CTA on a 5os staff (war/rune/archon). In the database, when you select staves, CTA is not an option

Yeah, CTA goes in any 5 socket weapon. And I have a CTA War Staff actually.
I think this is a broader issue though. The filters only display items that exactly match the item types a rune word can be made in. And CTA can be made in any weapon, so it shows up when using the filter “All Weapons”, but apparently “All Weapons” isn’t an umbrella term for all weapon types, the filter still only does string matching so searching for Staff rune words specifically only lists those that explicitly state that they can be made in staves.
