Cant change pw or email

Steps to reproduce: trying to reset pw
Anything else to add: I am trying to reset my password from a really long time ago... I have the email that its set to Mpartridge024@gmail.com but when I try recovery it sends me an email without a rest option and says, "your password has been securely stored in our databaste and cannot be retrieved, in the event it is forgotten you will be able to reset it." and it wont let me reset it im stuck in this loop. It now will not let me email you guys in a normal manner either, keeps saying I have to be logged in.... But I cant login
