I had a 3 Battle Order, 3 Socket Jawbone Visor base. I made a Delirium and the 3 BO became a 2 BO. Anyone know why?

I have made a few Delirium helmets myself and this has never happened to me. Nor have I ever heard of such a thing happening.
Are you 100% sure it was +3 and not +2 to Battle Orders?

I'm not 100% sure if this is applicable. But I know that for skills that can be granted to other classes (like +1 Zeal, or +3 BO), you are capped at +3 if you have that skills natively.

Maybe it's a balance from that? But the +2 from the Helm and +2 from delerium would put you at 4, and I know that items with bases with +3 to skill are highly sought after.

@davme_mcreg What you are talking about only applies to oskills and doesn't change the text of an item. It means that a +6 Battle Orders Call To Arms provides only +3 Battle Orders for a barbarian (effectively +4 since it also has +1 to all skills). But the Call To Arms will still show +6 Battle Orders in its text.
