Bow and crossbow skillers

Hey guys I'm trying to figure out what this skiller I found is worth. It's a 1 to bow and

Crossbow skills with 12 faster hit recovery. It seems like it would be good for pvp but got nothing looking for a price check on it . Any ideas about what it might be worth?

I don't pvp at all really so I'd it's worth a lot I'll probably trade it. If not use it in my physical bowazon.

Just don't want to go to trade it and let it go for too Little

Strafe) generally use Sharp grand charm instead of skillers.
Elemental zon that generally use skillers.

If you play Bowazon purely DPS, then skillers will be very suitable to increase damage
