Can't login to any of the servers atm. EU and NA says "Failed to get online characters. Please try again later", ASIA just random error.

All good here. Been online for about half an hour now.
Maybe only new logins are affected?
Fixed. I know someone else who also couldn't login, and it was fixed for both of us in the same time, so it was not a personal issue.

And there seems to be very few players online at the moment. Not a single public game in normal or nightmare, when yesterday same time there was a dozen in normal and halfdozen in NM. And even in hell, only a halfdozen games instead of the usual 1-3 dozen.
This seems to happen off and on over the last few months?
