Monster shrine

I've come upon these monster shrine's that says "Death advocate approaches"
I have no clue what these do, are they bugged or am I missing something?

So this happens out off-screen? Like a normal monster turns into an elite pack?

Yeah I've read this, but the monsters that are around me does not change, so this must happen off-screen?

are you sure that you just didnt see the monster turning unique/champ and it died before you saw it ?

when i click it, it always turn a normal monster if there is any in my screen to a unique/champ, offscreen almost never, maybe if its very close to screen area

I have clicked monster shrines with no monsters on screen ,and i couldnt find a unique / champ close to screen area i was in.

and it only turn 1 to 1 not to a whole pack with minions

No I tried even with 2 monsters still alive and none of them turned. This has never happened to me

Interesting fact about this shrine:

Fallen One, that gets turned into unique, can be revived by

Fallen Shaman like regular

Fallen. Unfortunately, they don't drop more loot after second Death, so it can't be abused
