Probably something like 'Summoning Skills amulet' or 'necro summoning amy'. Most players won't know the affix name that gives it the skills.

We're going to get a search filter for 'Skillers' soon. It'll help post and search for items like this which will have random names but are a common item such as 'skill levels'. Stay tuned, no ETA for it yet, but we'll be getting this new feature pretty soon.
