Poison Creeper deals damage by emerging from the ground to place several size 3 "mats" of poisonous brambles. As
Poison Creeper's slvl increases, more mats are placed each time the vine emerges (number of mats = min(slvl+2, 24)) and the mats persist for a longer duration (mat duration = slvl+2 seconds). These mats are static and are not destroyed on collision; any enemy within the area of a mat is inflicted with the listed poison damage.

Each mat is subject to the Last Collide mechanic. If multiple enemies are located on the same mat, they will suffer poison damage at a rate of approximately [1 + (1/N)] * (the listed damage), where N is the number of enemies on the mat.
