When using

Meditation, it is helpful to know that a character's natural rate of mana regeneration is 0.83% of their maximum mana per second. Stated another way: under normal conditions, a character will go from 0 mana to full in exactly two minutes.

This fairly readily demonstrates the power of the Insight runeword. Rather than needing two minutes to recover from an empty mana orb, a poorly-rolled Insight reduces the recharge time to just under 18 seconds, with a perfectly-rolled slvl 17 aura reducing that time to 15 seconds.
