This recipe has the potential to produce best-in-slot items for a variety of weapon-based builds and is the primary driver of the elevated demand for the
Perfect Ruby as compared to
Perfect Gems of other kinds.

Note that the base item that is chosen as one of the ingredients must be of magical quality. The recipe will not work with just a base quality item. This recipe is only possible in patch 1.10 or later.

Blood Gloves can have 1% to 3% life stolen per hit, then explain these?

Answer : Any gloves can get up to 3% life stolen as mod.
3% for blood recipe + 3% as mod = 6%. :)
