For a Tornado Hurricane Druid Delirium would be possible but afaik those prefer Jalal's Mane, Harlequin Crest or a Circlet with +2 skills and 20% fcr. I don't think it has much value with only +3 Tornado in that case.
IMHO it's better for Flickering Flame for a Fissure Druid but not sure about the value.

This pelt is more a Flickering Flame base than Delirium base. +3 Tornado alone is not enough.
Fire druid has Ravenlore as a solid choice: +3 To Elemental and up to -25 Enemy fire Res (-20 and -5 facet).
IMO, for a Flickering Flame base: Arma, Fissure > Volcano
Ravenlore is so cheap now: Ist/ Gul for a -19FR
It would be nice if your pelt had +3 to Fissure.
I would rate your Pelt for less than Ist. It may take forever to sell it.
