Attack rating and mana leech is useless for most sorcs except some uncommon builds like
Zeal or
Werebear sorc. But those usually use highlords. Also psn res could be higher (40 possible) and you're missing an 6th affix. +2 skills and +60 life are nice but that in addition with average psn res is in my opinion not enough to have some trade value. Maybe some
Perfect Gems.
