Not much; maybe a Mal. Even if the res was light res, it would be between Ist- Vex. Cold res is not desired. So you essentially have a 3-point jewel all with affixes between 70-80% of their max.
Ironically if the ED had rolled a different ED affix and you'd gotten 20 instead of 24, it would be much more valuable due to the new level req of 30 instead of 37.
