What's the required level? I don't think it will make a huge difference; it's at best a 3-point ring, and the life roll is really horrible for you, sorry to say. If the required level is in the teens or lower, it might be worth something, but based on that +mana affix I'm guessing it's a level 37 ring. If I'm right, the value is whatever Charsi offers, sorry :/
