Rare Monarch

Its like a poor mans JMOD with some interesting potentially PVP relevant add-ons like all res, damage reduced and replenish life.

Any value?

On first sight it looks juicy. The problem about this is, you only can socket 2 jewels into it if you use it on PvE . Spirit gives +2 to all which is kinda the same (I think -10/10 is still better) but you are lacking the other stats.
If you use it for PvP

Stormshield is just straight up better because of the 35% dmg reduction.
IF you can sell it, maybe

For immortal sorc,

Stormshield is an option to consider.

AFAIK Immortal sorc uses

Gerke's Sanctuary or

Stormshield.
IMHO your

Monarch is similar to

Moser's Blessed Circle with less all res but 7 dmg reduced and 4 replenish life. If sockets are important there's also

Head Hunter's Glory with 3 sockets to consider.
