No steals and a low ED roll unfortuneately but thought I might as well check.

The problem is that Titan's Revenge exists and a non Eth one is pretty cheap.
There are two things where this is better than Titan's : IAS, and AR. But no auto-replenish , ED quite low, less skills...
I am not expert in javelins though so i'll let others observe this.
It's certainly good stuff anyway to level up.

The most important part of damage comes from lightning not from physical.
For that reason, Javazon need +skill and IAS. That is why a 6/40 Javelin or a 3/20 gloves is valuable.
All Ed, Max dmg, attack rating are to get leech and not important.
