Just wanting a price check on a rare jewel I recently found:
- +28% ed (+30% = perfect roll)
- +8 max damage (+9 = perfect roll)
- +6 life (+8 = perfect roll)
- 25% fire resist (30% = perfect roll)
- Req: level 37
What would be the use case for this jewel and is it potentially BiS in any way if a perfect roll?
