It has some value but most sorcs go for their elément's headpiece (Nightwing Veil for cold, Griffon's Eye for Lightning, Flickering Flame for Fire) so it's most likely a long sale.
However with 2/20 and lots of res it's good for the right buyer. You can probably get 2-3 Ist or even more if someone needs it (e.g. hybrid sorc)
