Rare Circlet and Jewel

Hello i have two items i found recently that i believe might worth something but not sure

1st Jewel ( i call it demonkiller - possibly socket it into a smiters helmet? )

+3 to min dmg
+33% dmg to demons
+42 Atk Rating to demons
1-33 Light damage added
Cold res 14%
Lvl Req : 28

And one... pretty straightforward

Circlet

+2 Sorc skills
20% faster cast
Light resist 34%

Jewel : no value as far as I know.
Bonus to demons is not great as it applies only on base value.

Circlet : With only one possible os it will not have great value, even if it's a cool find for any light sorc (to compensate sunder) before being able to pay a Griffon. Low Griffons are around
