Mosaic Base in non ladder?

Hey guys,

I've found this base for Mosaic in non-ladder. As far as I could google I can't make the runeword in non-ladder but I'm still curious if it would be worth anything; or how much it would be worth in ladder?

Mosaic is for ladder creation only but at the end of the season, it will auto-transfer to NL,

No, you cannot create the Mosaic runeword on a non-ladder online character in Diablo II: Resurrected. The Mosaic runeword is "Ladder only" for online play, meaning it must be made in the current ladder season (or in single-player/offline mode).
If you try to insert the runes (

Mal +

Gul +

Amn) into a 3-socket Kicker-class weapon (like

Greater Talons or

Runic Talons) on a non-ladder online character, it will result in a normal item with the runes inserted, not the runeword itself, and you will lose the runes and the base item for the runeword recipe.
How to Obtain Mosaic on Non-Ladder
There are two primary ways to get a Mosaic on a non-ladder character:
Wait for Ladder Season End: Once a ladder season ends, all ladder characters and their items (including any Mosaics created during that season) are automatically transferred to the non-ladder online pool. At this point, the item becomes usable and tradable on non-ladder.
Trade: You can trade with another player who already has a Mosaic on a non-ladder character. More Mosaics become available in the non-ladder economy after each ladder season ends.
Play Offline: Mosaic can be created and used in offline single-player mode. All ladder-only runewords are available in offline play.
Blizzard has historically made previous ladder-only runewords available to non-ladder online play when new runewords are introduced in a subsequent ladder season, but there has been no official patch or announcement yet to allow the creation of Mosaic in non-ladder online mode.

In NL, Mosaic is not possible and there is no sign it will be one day. However, those

Claws can work for Plague or Chaos... but which are rate runewords to be used. Hence I'd value this around
