Very interesting...it's a 5-point ring, but the affixes are kind of on the less desirable end of the point-worthy affixes (e.g. dex instead of str, min/max instead of a breakpoint). I'm not sure how to appraise because of that.
Still, a 5-point is a 5-point. The absolute minimum you should accept is Vex + Ist, in my view. This could be Ohm+, or maybe in the Sur range? Not sure if you'd get a straight Lo, but maybe.
