As far as I know jeweler's shields aren't used by paladins and are only really worth something when they have increased blocking chance. I also checked the price history but there's not a single jeweler's Rondache listed (pricecheck.php?item=Jeweler%27s%20Rondache&other=1). So even with higher res it would have no value.
