Can be used to make Runewords:
I would say pretty low like Lem/ Pul because as java you need 20% IAS on gloves for the breaking point.
Light radius is allready max with torch, crushing blow is not working with Charged Strike, LS is great but 1% is pretty low and usualy the 3/20 got one skillpoint more.
