wish the gloves had some dex/str or resists, however i'm pretty happy with the leech while playing. Any of these have value or should i be looking out for specific stats to know when I hit a gem?

Ring #1: Jah (mana and res are low)
Gloves: Lo- Ber (needs skill, res, or str/dex)
Ring #2: 2-4 Jah (dex and fire res are low, poison res is not that sought after)
Overall, definitely not Charsi.
