death's web advice pls

I'm in the market for a

Death's Web and yes +2 with good poison resist is ideal but budget dictates.

I was wondering is a higher - poison resist stat more important than the plus 1-2 PnB skills?

I figured it's easier to add plus skills in other ways than try to build up -poison resist therefore a plus +1

Wand with higher -poison resist is better than a +2

Wand with a low end -poison resist?

At high enough +poison damage (

Lower Resist is worth 80 more damage. I'd take a 1/50 over 2/45
