Not too much since almost all sorcs need 10 or 20 fcr on the amu.
But you might find a Budget Lightning Sorc that only needs 7 for the 117 L/CL BP or 5 for Nova BP. PLRB 75 is esp good for ES which is more common in Lightning sorcs. But this is niche. Standard lightning build is Nova with Griffon and Infinity, so also 10 or 20 for needed.
You will have a hard time selling and not get much for it.
