Not an expert, but the only two good attributes are +2 barb and fcr. This could be a magic amulet.
Kinslayer, no, that's a 2/20, and you can't have 20 fcr on a magic, you need a crafted. so that has some value. The bad news is that the two "free" affixes are 3 rep and 20 AR : low rolls. To sum up, it's a low 2/20 on a class that is not super reliant on fcr. Not sure you can get a Ber, more likely around Ohm- Lo I think, but try for Ber first and see what comes.
