this will need some luck , some people who play leveling will need this amulet for paladin. Ist
But for end game, it need to compare to mara 30 AR, it lose to it.
And paladin scenario, they dont use amulet Teleport, they use Enigma. Almost all scenario , paladin need Teleport a lot.

rotw, only warlock item get main market share. My guess, 9/10 is warlock, rest = 1. if this item is in LoD , it can sell around Vex.
rotw, maybe it will very difficult even if you sell it only few Perfect Amethyst to 1 Ist.
