Can be used to make Runewords:
I would say no because I think Obedience in a polearms or Spear is much better. No mana leech but it only needs runes up to Fal, does a lot more damage and attack rating (through Enchant) and has other useful stuff. In addition to that you can make it in a base which requires a lot less strength.
