I’m aware the extra skills beyond sentry and traps don’t really matter. Does ias matter on this since it’s offhand? Not an assassin player unfortunately.

IAS matters, so base speed too, because it defines how offen a trap triggers.
So the faster the base is, the most your trap does damage.

IAS only affects the speed of how fast you can lay the traps - has no effects on how often a trap triggers.

If you are using 2 x claw - then the IAS will be the average of those.

Scissors Quhab is not the ones you want for trap - they are among the slowest with a base speed of 0

Depending on your skill level with BoS and thus your total eIAS - they might be considered in combination with GT or RT
