This surely has an eclectic bunch of affixes. Might be able to fit into a quirky build.
Since its +2 P&M this would be useful for a physical bowzon. FHR, FCR, and All res are hard to get for a phy bowzon.
I do think this has value, unfortunately these are not stats people usually look for so you'll have trouble selling it.
I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.
