Can be used to make Runewords:
A decent 2 specific tree /10 fcr, and the 16 all res add up on top, while the other affixes are quite bad (hfd/stam)
With the current warlock increment of value, try to sell quickly while it has much value, you can probably get 1 to 5 Jah.
