Thoughts on the worth of this?

maybe its get something low but its nothing special it is a 3.5 point ring since it get 1 from fcr 1 from str 1 mana and light res isnt anything special

Depends on the buyer. You're looking for a rich caster, naturally would expect a sorceress to buy but the charges are extra worthless in that case.

I disagree with the appraisal at 3.5 points. The stats make it a 4-point, and you can price it at premium for being almost a perfect ring (perfect str, perfect light res...FCR is always perfect, 2 off mana). It's a real shame about those charges, man, could have been true gg.
